To help you with some of the frequent questions we receive, we've created the following FAQ. If you don't find an answer to your question here, please contact us.

Q: What are digital video downloads, and how do they work?

A digital video download is a video clip that you can download to your computer to view, burn to a DVD or upload to an iPod or similar portable audio/video player.

Q: Do you sell physical DVDs and well as downloads? What is the difference?

Yes. The DVD videos that are available for purchase are full topic discussions from Dr. Karen Becker's speaking lectures. The lectures are typically 4 hour discussions focused on a general topic (e.g. raw feeding, cancer, emergencies, etc.) The video clips available for download are typically much shorter segments of these discussions focused on a very specific topic.

Q: What methods of payment are available?

Currently we provide payment through PayPal. This includes the ability to use checks or credit cards if you have a PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account, we can still accept credit card payments.

Q: What file format are the downloads provided in?

All downloads are provided in the MPEG 4 file format and will play on both Windows and Macintosh computers.

Q: What software do you recommend to play the video files?

We recommend using iTunes from Apple, Inc. It's available free of charge at itunes.com.

Q: How do I get the video clips after I've made a purchase?

After completing your payment, you're directed to a custom download section on our site. This section will allow you to download all of the songs within your purchase. Just in case, we also send an e-mail with the link to reach this section. Note that download links only remain active for 120 hours.

Q: If I order a DVD or print material (books, booklets), how quickly will it arrive?

DVDs and print materials ship within 2 business days via USPS First-Class Mail. After shipment, your purchase should arrive within 5 - 10 business days
